Design/Development Review Commission (DDRC)

The Design/Development Review Commission (DDRC) reviews and approves work proposed within the City's historic districts, urban design areas, and upon designated landmarks. The DDRC generally meets the first Tuesday of every month. Public hearings begin at 4 p.m. Public hearings are held at the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street.  See 'Applications' page for D/DRC application submission deadlines.
